Get to know the Salinas del Duque trail

The natural site of the Isla Cristina Marshes is an important breeding area for spoonbills, several herons and egrets and other wetland birds, as well as for the passage and wintering of waders, gulls, terns and herons. It can also be seen that part of it was used for the production and extraction of salt, as can be seen in the different rafts that make up the area. A flat and easy route, in spectacular surroundings and especially attractive for birdwatchers.
